    Pros

They were always involved with crews trying to adhere a safe workplace, professional atmosphere.

    Cons

The industry has started slowing down, so for them to keep contracts or be awarded new contracts, they have had to drop a lot of industry standard perks. (Overtime, travel, even a half hour taken off 12 hour days)

    Pros

    Cons

Revolving door for hourly employees. Extremely high turn over, hands off approach with minimal management engagement. Clients run the show (oilsands companies with very apparent bonus driven culture)
