Lots of work Met some great people Received good training but be had to be bullish and jump through many hoops to recieve it

This applies to the AECOM legacy company URS No progression or recognition No link between performance and pay Deceitful management and poor ethics Bullying culture (cover ups by management) Have to be prepared to leave to receive pay increase even at that stage it took 6 months to finally receive my agreed pay rise Regularly work more than 50 hour weeks Watch out for the travel expenses policy- nearly expected to self fund business trips Poor bid management No accountability for senior management
