Exposure to a wide variety of projects and types of work.
Cons
The local management (and it probably comes from their management) promotes and uses underlying threats to get professionals to 'work for free' so they can 'meet their budgets' and get bonuses. The concerning aspect of this practice is that it is contrary to AECOM's timesheet recording policies. I worry that this will promote unethical management practices.
