      Multinational and multi-discilpline company provides opportunity for closer collaboration and sharing of experiences with work associates for expedited work processes.

      Cons

      Large scale company could mean taking on more respnsibility than you are already required when other project require additional manpower to tide over their projectc crisis.

      Pros

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Cons

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
