I've been at AECOM for over 7 years and continue to find more competencies each day. AECOM is a major player on the international stage in Government and commercial work alike. Leadership communicates consistently downward and listens to comments sent upward.
Cons
AECOM is a large company and has correspondingly large administrative requirements. Systems from one division or recent acquisition don't always work in conjunction with other divisions or legacy systems.
