Pros
Large company with good opportunities for entry level engineers, and some potential mobility because of the number of offices they have. Has all the normal benefits of a large company.
Cons
The company does not value its employees or their capabilities and specialties. You are just a name on a spreadsheet and unless you are 90% billable you are under scrutiny to be laid off. The companies growth is by mergers and acquisitions. As a result, there is constant turmoil within the company and constant downsizing and there is little opportunity for older more experience professional. They also treat their customers poorly from a management and procedural aspect and their ethics are less that appropriate, causing customers to not want to deal with the bureaucracy.
