      Pros

      I was fairly compensated and promoted within a reasonable timeframe. There was strong leadership and management went above and beyond the call of duty, especially as it related to helping with career paths.

      Cons

      The dynamic growth has caused some problems relating to branding and employee satisfaction (over fairly inconsequential things, however, such as losing the Presidents' Day holiday).

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Cons

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
