      Pros

      -work to support government contracts. -both telework and on base(will depend on what contract you are on). -job can be fullfilling to support the armed forces

      Cons

      -working in a classified environment can be annoying -weird relationship with gov management relaying feedback to contractor management for work performance. -tons of different hands in the cookie jar when it comes to code changes and everyone has their opinions

      Pros

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Cons

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
