- If you are a young professional, management will look down upon you. Thinly covered insults to your age group are are common. - Overtime can be required, but sometimes not paid. - Low pay compared to to other companies in town. - No sick leave. - Terrible Health Insurance. -Big wigs will come into the office and speak of all the great new projects at AECOM and how they want to further people's carers by "moving you up". This is a lie. No one has ever moved out of the office into something better. People simply just leave.
