Pros
There is generally plenty of work available for those who are able to complete tasks competently and within budgets. Straight overtime is greatly appreciated especially by staff with heavy field requirements. Large organization provides the possibility of transferring and working on a variety of projects. Strong compensation and benefits for the industry.
Cons
Very limited mentorship structure. Without an advanced degree it is difficult to be allowed to work on more technical job tasks. Many entry-level employees face heavy travel requirements (>75%). Can be difficult to move between projects as offices are often 'silos'. Such a large organization that there is little staff cohesion or sense of teamwork.
