very unstable company,no vision, no consistency, absolute worst experience in a 30 year career, if they are firing people, a lot of them get fed up and leave, clients don't trust their PMs will be there to finish project, many clients refuse to give the company a chance because they fire staff including PM and no one follows up with client, employee retention has to be lowest in industry, in three years 80% of the engineers were gone, company posts their own reviews on glassdoor and other sites so it appears that employees like working here, don't believe positive reviews, ask around in the industry, engineers at other consulting firms and clients in so Cal will tell you what they truly think which is more honest than a site where a company can submit 20 to 30 reviews claiming nirvana, this firm is very disingenuous, very dishonest, poor ethics, leadership team changed six times in three years.
