      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to skive off - team leaders turn a blind eye to bad manners, poor timekeeping and shoddy work. You can be certain of your salary throughout your career. Pay rise isn't in the AECOM dictionary.

      Cons

      Once you've found your niche that's what you'll be doing until you leave/ retire. Joining the mindless robot horde can set you free!

      Pros

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Cons

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
