      Pros

      Benefits are good, and time off acrue is good as well.

      Cons

      We are not sure what the direction of the company is. The company is so large at this point, and management is extremelly deceiving; we feel we do not have advancement options. We are constantly being deceived and have not receive increases in compensation for years, but are expected to perform very well.

      Pros

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Cons

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
