      Pros

      Opportunities to work in several fields, opportunity for advancement, work/life balance. Flexibility to work over time and in some cases, work from home occasionally.

      Cons

      Changes in line management happen often. Also, as with any consulting firm, you always have to be on top off the work you have coming in so that you can remain billable. But managers are very helpful finding staff work when needed.

      Pros

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Cons

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
