Pros

flexibility in work time and working from home, you get a chair and screen for working from home.

Cons

too much jockeying and messing around with timesheets makes it a toxic environment. Weird setup with timesheets and availability. too much digital surveillance. not much focus on quality, learning or knowledge. Job feels insecure, anytime management can call you to tell you your job is at risk. No culture. management either lost control or don't care or just blaming ones below. they keep hiring graduates, and then fire middle layer. management are as opaque and not trustworthy, communication has completely failed - no honesty whatsoever, and nobody can be trusted, loads of backstabbing.

Pros

Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

Cons

Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
