Pros

Some great people to work with who truly care and have time for staff. Great projects to work on, the NSIP project portfolio is one of the best. Flexible working policy is great, and widely used so as long as you’re being reasonable, it doesn’t feel like you’re asking for too much. Internal vacancies are possible opportunities - although could be promoted more.

Cons

Redundancies in pockets of the business gives mixed messaging to everyone. Using of cheaper staff in other countries over staff in country is a huge and growing focus of every project. What signal does this send to in-country staff who would love that experience? Of course they will go elsewhere. Being a US based company, inclusion staff have dropped like flies over the past year to reflect Trump administration. Europe and India region are still prioritising but focus has noticeably decreased, with employee resource groups picking up the majority of the work, often in their own time because they’re passionate about improvements. Let’s pay these great staff for their valuable input?! Very uneven across the business, lots of line managers shouldn’t be (and don’t want to be line managers) so employee experience varies widely leaving pockets of staff with very poor management feeling undervalued. Some staff work their bums off to very little reward and deserve to be recognised/promoted/given opportunities. Payrises and promotion system is not without its bias of management.

Pros

Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

Cons

Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
