      lots of different projects and opportunities benefits start from day one

      Cons

      toxic working environment, lots of power struggles and lack of support. your success depends solely on who you know. the culture encourages the competent to leave and the incompetent with connections to stay. Please not that your experience may not be the same across different business lines.

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Cons

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
