Pros
Noticeable care of employees carrier development and health & safety. Also transparency of the company's situation on revenue & profit. Clear vision of the company's future plan and opportunities for individuals to participate in other offices around the region.
Cons
As a big company, an individual performance is noticed but it is hard to reach the other end of other offices. Also, sometimes projects are handed over remotely from overseas offices which minimizes the contribution of employees working in the same country in a project which is getting built within the context.
