Pros
With my role, there is flexibility to work from home every couple of weeks. The company still has a pension plan and a 401(k) with good matching contributions. Overall, job security is good. Also, ADP has many discount programs which are helpful for everything from car shopping to everyday needs.
Cons
Unless you are a consistent, top-performer in sales, there is limited opportunity for growth. Because ADP is an extremely conservative company, the salaries are well below industry average (though management may insist they have performed research and compensation levels are average). Management does very little to assist and promote career development. Most are content with doing what is required, nothing more, nothing less. Because ADP is a self-insured company, the medical benefits aren't very good (because they have to pay the claims!)
