Pros
Having spent many years; benefits, 401k, insurances, stock options, car purchase options, etc. all provide a positive benefit to the employee.
Cons
Constant manipulation of management to new teams causing unrest and instability. Staffing turnovers result as each new manager arrives followed by their friends. Pattern of removing older 56+ years associates. Biggest Problem: Newly arrived mgrs. do NOT have any real-time experience in the field or using the products. i.e. not in touch with reality... about the time they see the light, they are gone and the novices show up!
