The reshuffling of clients prevents building and maintaining strong relationships that are needed in this business. Management alignment makes no sense! We’ve got payroll managers over benefits, they have no knowledge or ability to assist as needed. Don’t have a clue what their benefits reps do to fairly assess them annually or provide the support needed.
