Pros

I’ve been working less than a year and so far it’s been great. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy working which I think has to do with all the activities/groups/events to get involved in ! Yes, dealing with clients can be tough, but loving the people you work with makes the days fun! Offer great benefits and 401k/stock. Facility is top notch!

Cons

You are on the phone a lot, but everyone tells me to give ADP 1-1.5 yrs of commitment and the options are endless. You feel like you don’t know what you’re doing for the first 6 months, but neither does anyone else. There are tons of resources to help you though!

Pros

Employees can dress in normal day to day clothing as long as it is tactful, events all month on-site such as the Farmers market . Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote Self-service coffee and cappuccino bat and beautiful break and recharge rooms.

Cons

None at all. I love my job.
