      Not sure. Let me think They try their best to be the best. Their senior staff know how to 'kipas' their bos.

      Cons

      No quality of staff No sop Need to learn everything by yourself. No one will guide you. For intern. They will do all the full time job 200% without guide. No overtime even your salary below RM4000 No high salary Not good in management Not good in manage their goods

      - Able to improve technical skills in design in residential and especially in commercial. - Very supportive and kind staff environment to ensure a fun working environment to make it less stressful.

      Cons

      - The biggest con for me is the low salaries and no benefit either. - Do not have work life balance . - We were instructed to work overtime when needed to plus do not have ot.
