* Consistent feeling of success being just around the corner * Ability to take on responsibilities * Initial feeling that your opinion is valued * Leaving left me with a sense of freedom
Cons
* The feeling of imminent success is just a carrot on a stick in the form of a 'generous' profit sharing bonus; which you have no real control of * You will realize you're opinion actually is not valued when on a daily basis you start finding your recommendations stuffed in the dumpster outside. * You might end up feeling bad for your customers. Just be thankful, they are kind of paying for you to learn new skills * My mental and physical health suffered greatly. Multiple co-workers were beginning to develop endocrine disorders; due to stress in my opinion. * Management probably will not read any more than the 2nd sentence of your emails * Bully based management * Sitting through hours of 80's style Always Be Closing sales pitches. I don't recall a single one ever being successful.
