Pros
Consider it like taking a graduate course on things you must avoid doing if you want to be a successful manager.
Cons
A horrible culture created managed by two unfocused con men that wouldn't last a month in a real company. They actually believe that every idea they have is the next world-changing, first-in-class device and brag about it. Yet don't have a single FDA approval in the 15 year life of the company.

Great benefit package. They have some great talent passing through.
Cons
Poor management starting from the top. There is a tense culture overall and people are often on edge. Top management puts pressure on mid management. Mid-management puts even more pressure on their subs. Not a great place for work-life balance.
