      Pros

      - Only good for getting Software QA experience - HR respond fast - Work/life balance (Varies on what shift you are in. Just reject OTs every time they asked you, it's not worth it)

      Cons

      - Meh colleagues - Poor company culture - Benefits and salary are borderline minimum wage - Referral bonus is utterly low ( less than 1,000 pesos ;-; ) - Company politics - Some project leads and team leads are incompetent - Company does not listen to employees' requests

      Pros

      As of now, it's WFH. (2022) Chill environment (Depends on your project.) Some leads/employees are helpful and easy to be with.

      Cons

      -Low salary. (below market value) -Management decided on RTO even though their employees wanted a WFH setup. (Their reasons are productivity, and other companies are already doing it. Old school reasoning, they did not consider their LOW SALARY and the state of PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION in the PHILIPPINES, most of all the time and physical effort required for the burdened employees.) -Employees are required to attend unpaid events. -Some employees are arrogant and bullies.
