      Employment with the illusion of urgent and immediate requirement

      The higher authority is the apt example of how absolute power is abusive.work culture is a mere joke with the constant fear of loosing job that too without or with a vague reason.If this fear is not effective enough then the home grown version of "big boss" ,constant monitoring of employees and intrusive comments to harass them mentally.this company is an abomination which has ruined numerous careers.

      Pros

      The ground-level team was supportive and collaborative. My direct manager and colleagues were genuinely good people and made the day-to-day work bearable.

      Cons

      The work environment was deeply unstable and anxiety-inducing. There was a constant atmosphere of fear — employees were let go frequently and without clear explanation, making it impossible to feel secure or settled in your role. Senior management's communication style was harsh and unprofessional. New employees were given little time to adjust, no proper mentorship, and were held to unrealistic expectations from day one. There was no transparency, no due process, and no psychological safety. It was very difficult to perform well or grow in such an environment.
