The ground-level team was supportive and collaborative. My direct manager and colleagues were genuinely good people and made the day-to-day work bearable.

The work environment was deeply unstable and anxiety-inducing. There was a constant atmosphere of fear — employees were let go frequently and without clear explanation, making it impossible to feel secure or settled in your role. Senior management's communication style was harsh and unprofessional. New employees were given little time to adjust, no proper mentorship, and were held to unrealistic expectations from day one. There was no transparency, no due process, and no psychological safety. It was very difficult to perform well or grow in such an environment.
