The work environment was deeply unstable and anxiety-inducing. There was a constant atmosphere of fear — employees were let go frequently and without clear explanation, making it impossible to feel secure or settled in your role. Senior management's communication style was harsh and unprofessional. New employees were given little time to adjust, no proper mentorship, and were held to unrealistic expectations from day one.
