Lots of politics going on Even In Scrum meetings, they are using their local language. Freshers don't know English they just speak in Tamil Only Work Trackers are there but still, seniors ask to do a code and share the files in Slack only and take credit for your work. The work method is also not good. They are creating long long sequences only instead of dividing code in a structured manner. Very Poor Code. Using the Same Method for the last couple of years and developers blindly copy-pasted code

The company does not have a flat hierarchy They don't take any feedback from the current employees. There is a lot of bureaucracy especially for new joiners. They say you can come and share your ideas. but if you go and share, they are not open to any discussion. No matter how hard you try the senior employees (the ones that joined before you) will cut you off and the management will give more importance to their thought process rather than a fair discussion. I you have 10-12 years of experience outside Element 5, if you join here you will feel like you are fresher because you will be treated that way.
