Pros
I joined EA as an electrician in 1998. I progressed to a supervisor within two years, to Service Manager within 10 years to Operations Manager within 20 years, to Operations Director last year. Not too many companies can provide that pathway.
Cons
Cannot think of anything of substance. Like any business, some changes can be challenging. But that's not really a con, if you are up for it!

The Good people that work there!!! Xmas party, BBQ during summer

Bad management . long term you get looked over and realize life is too short for toxic management
