Pros
WFH. There are really experienced and knowledgeable people in the team. Absolutely no work. So called managers does not know anything about technology so its easy to moonlight and make double money. Easy to get promoted if you are part of family/friends. Praising them get you all the perks:)). You will get to learn the importance of professionalism and etiquette. Knowledge with experience is wealth.
Cons
Work load on one person, no proper communication and expectations. Double standards for family and friends. Have cant seen managers taking anything technology. Inexperienced managers never appreciates the team rather talks unprofessionally in a group. People feel uncomfortable around them. No open culture, if you speak the facts you will be terminated. Promotion only for family and friends. No one is happy and people are quitting silently. Spreads hatred among the team members. Only blame for failure but no praises for good work.
