Owner constantly emails, texts when you do a demo. She treats her demonstrators like (bad) kids. She calls the store and has people go there to spy on you. It wasn't but 5 minutes after I uploaded my paperwork to the portal than she called me, complaining about the pictures, the table, the inventory that I forgot to do. Her demonstrators are responsible for the ordering and stocking of the products. (Why are we responsible for the inventory being ordered for the grocery store??) Isn't that the responsibility of the person who was hired by the grocery chain? She even complained that the picture I took for confirmation of my purchases was not a picture. HUH??? I took it with my phone camera...WTH! She sounds like an over-caffeinated harpy when she talks with you and you can't get a word in edge-wise if your life depended on it. After she rode me like a jockey for all the "wrong" things she said I did (I've been doing demos for over 15 years) she had the nerve to get indignant when I canceled the next 3 demos that I previously told her I'd do.

You will be treated with zero respect, money will be withheld from you because the owners moods are so unstable, the most unprofessional company I have worked for in my life. You will be yelled at and not given any platform to speak.
