The teams based in South Africa are a great bunch of people and senior management has been very supportive of growing, developing and supporting teams within the region. Great benefits.

Cons

Some restructuring in some of the business units caused drops in morale and confidence, though things are improving.

Cons

Cross communication with departments is very hit or miss. No bonus or overtime available Since the EKCO take over the work environment has become alot more corporate.
