1. Management has a tendency to fire anyone without any valid reason (silly reason), whom they don't like. For example , you might not be liked if you are smoker, or if you have a particular political orientation, etc. 2. At fast glance it may seem like the environment is very light and friendly but trust me it's all facade. Employees are friendly but higher official will make you fill like as if you have committed a crime every time you go for a break. 3. Few Higher officials bully employees in the name of "FUN". But if they are made fun of in return they get very offended. And this might also lead to getting fired. 4. In few teams, managers promote team member in their team who has the same native place as the manager, by suppressing other team members.

1. Senior officials are hypocryte, and always want to look for their interests and not the company's or subordinates. 2. There is a bit of show off culture here rather than work hard culture, if u r not good at looking busy then do go.
