      Pros

      Complete paid for healthcare for employee, great PTO and allow you to manage yourself.

      Cons

      Tough to use vision and dental, small company so bonus is not super competitive. Also not much in terms of salary increase and position move-up

      Pros

      I work as a contractor for them, but Effecture's management team has served me well in my time here. they've provided a very tight-knit feel to the company

      Pay range isn't super enticing especially being a contractor
