      Pros

      To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee.It's a good place to work with lots of knowledgeable people to guide in the right direction.Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands.

      The lack of adequate manpower is one of the major problems that executives working in small companies often face.
