Edurio has a super friendly atmosphere with genuinely supportive colleagues. The benefits are excellent, including a paid phone plan, insurance, a monthly lunch budget, and the flexibility to work remotely. The company also values team bonding through monthly board game nights and international team get-togethers at least twice a year. On top of that, Edurio is a mission-driven company making a meaningful impact in the education sector.
Cons
As with many start-ups, Edurio’s fast-paced and ever-evolving environment can sometimes lead to frustration, particularly when it comes to establishing clear structures and processes. However, the company is aware of these challenges and makes a genuine effort to involve team members in shaping improvements.

Excellent culture that encourages career development and horizontal transitioning. Very supportive leadership team! The product is also very useful to clients and contributes to the overall improvement of the education sector.
