Bosses have always had the upmost respect and care for all employees, I have always felt valued working with this company. Great opportunities for growth based on personal drive and efforts. Ability to work in a variety of mediums and learn new skills on the job has allowed me to learn new programs and skills.
Cons
Remote work results in lack of socialization with other employees at times since we are all in our own bubble doing out own work. Can feel lonely
