CEO doesn't give salary as per the contract. Lot of politics even in very few people. CEO himself talks at back of the employees. Doesn't stand on his words. No respect for work. Doesn't appreciate the work at all. Even cuts the money for company sponsored trips. No rule applies for his favourite people. Very biased. No leave policy, will cut money whenever he wants. Expects us to be present even on weekends. People are very sycophant. Bad learning experience, nothing to learn. Never gives time to implement new and better things which would eventually help him to grow the platform, always "quick and dirty " approach. Bad for career, learning. CEO himself tells lies always, be it project timelines, about any kind of work, or about employees. Always makes false promises and never fulfills them. CEO is not approachable. Hostile environment for work. No reward, no appreciation, no benefits(CEO promised but never gave those), no respect for employee or work.

So many worst things going on this company, Salary won't come on time,. Won't respect the employee, Fire the employs for no reasons. CEO is waste in easy ops , He's not clear in his stand. Even employees is don't know who is the owner of the Easyops.
