Pros

Family Meal, Benefits, Their Ethos and Mission Statement. It's somewhere you will find yourself at home if you truly have and hold hospitality near and dear to your heart. Hollis Silverman has recruited many industry professionals to run her three restaurant concepts at The Duck & The Peach, The Wells and La Collina. You must visit all three.

Cons

A few bad eggs, that's any workplace. You have to be accepting of them or at least **work** with them. A true con is how "dangerous" our world is now. Apparently Hollis said something that could have been misconstrued as White privilege/tone deaf and she immediately apologized to every single individual afterwards when the president ended. I appreciate the commitment, but it was awkward because myself and my immediate coworkers didn't notice any issues and feel bad about how far this world's come to.
