Hollis Silverman has recruited many industry professionals to run her three restaurant concepts at The Duck & The Peach, The Wells and La Collina. You must visit all three.
Cons
A few bad eggs, that's any workplace. You have to be accepting of them or at least **work** with them. A true con is how "dangerous" our world is now. Apparently Hollis said something that could have been misconstrued as White privilege/tone deaf and she immediately apologized to every single individual afterwards when the president ended. I appreciate the commitment, but it was awkward because myself and my immediate coworkers didn't notice any issues and feel bad about how far this world's come to.
