      Pros

      Great work environment, lots of opportunity for upwards movement in the company as well as lots of incentives and ways to make a little extra cash.

      Cons

      Depending on what kind of teachers you work with, work can either be really fun and easy, or difficult and tiring. Not much ability to discipline kids when they do things like throw blocks at you head.

      Fantastic co-workers and staff. The mission is meaningful and impactful and is executed very well. I have been her for 14 years and still love what I do every day.
