Pros
I've worked here for 2 years. They worked around my personal issues with my family and my education. They value my skills and education and I was able to work my way up within the company. This center, my management team, my coworkers, and my families have been my rock throughout the hell that I have been through these past couple of years.

Pros
Owner goes after a lot of grants which benefit employees. Management can be strict but when there are ratios to meet, it is just expected in this industry. Fair benefits for the industry.
Cons
Ratios make work like balance hard, but is the same for all child care centers.
