I have seen several employees be torn apart by the two founders. Mostly women, sometimes men. The founders' incautious enthusiasm in using NLP in the worst way, as means to their ends, is a serious issue. The founders have most of the traits of narcissists. And because they are two, they mutually encourage one another in believing the stories they tell themselves so they can be right. No matter what.
If you become a victim, you are ostracized, publicly humiliated (open space), yelled at,... The founders call it benevolence, I call it harassment, very serious harassment. Even without being a victim, it's a terrible environment to work in.
I don't see what kind of perk can justify working there, there are plenty of other decent companies to work for.
