      I have been working at Enavate for the past 7 years, and I can confidently say that it has been an incredible experience. The company culture at Enavate is really amazing. The emphasis on teamwork and open communication creates a positive and motivating atmosphere. Colleagues are always willing to give a helping hand, share knowledge, and collaborate on projects. The always do their best to help you.

      - Values and culture are believed in and followed by the vast majority of the team, all the way to the top. - There is a true sense of the team caring about its members. - Instead of getting results through fear or pressure, the team leads by empowerment, communication and encouragement.

      Cons

      - None I can think of, after 6 months of being part of the team.

      Pros

      Very smart people, very passionate leadership and some very exciting IP. It is a tough environment which I appreciate, as we are all striving as a team to make the visions reality and become the leading Dynamics AX partner in the market. Quality in delivery is amazing, and the total sum of knowledge around ERP and AX is second to none.

      Cons

      Working for an entrepreneurial company can at times be challenging, as there are so much to be achieved and sometimes it feels like there is too little time to make it happen.
