Ops management and above drill ‘the EIMS way’ to everyone. Very toxic place to work. Loads of reps and team managers on different wages, with a huge difference in expectations depending on which BUD (director for each unit). They pride themselves on ‘quality over quantity’ which I am yet to see as every manager was piled under with an unbelievable amount of work. Expectations are simply to start at 6/6:30am most days and to give a good amount of your evening time. What the call ‘weekly outcomes’ are expected on a Sunday evening (agaīn eatińg into your personel time) False promises made with contracts and bonuses making you hold out for a better month. They have no thought on employee satisfaction, will drop people very quickly and expects managers to deliver this message with immediate effect on some occasions.
