Pros
ECI is a very profitable company that inspires their employees to be driven to excel in every aspect of their life, the benefits are o.k. having access to linkedin learning is a fantastic resource for personal and career growth
Cons
very old school thinking, allot of the business is operated on Spreadsheets, their Salesforce instance is a disaster tons of duplicate information, costs control are near punitive and the corporate structure is not easy to navigate or establish a relationship with other business units, operating in a small branch office from an acquisition you have the feeling they just bought you for the customer base and ECi doesn't want to pay to exit out all the employees.
