      Pros

      Great environment for someone starting their career. It provided strong learning opportunities, especially early on, and helped build a solid technical foundation. I also had the chance to work with supportive colleagues and build good professional relationships.

      Cons

      In some cases, close oversight and structured processes limited flexibility in learning new skills. Managing multiple projects involving different vendors also introduced coordination challenges and slowed down execution.
