The prevailing sentiment here is "design by committee" - if copying everyone for the cheapest price possible, endless meetings (a meeting before a meeting to make sure you're aligned, then another meeting after the meeting to make sure you're aligned) vague corporate speak, weird hr initiatives and personality tests and talking about feelings.

I loved working with my coworkers, it was always a fun environment to be in.

Cons

Due to the store I worked out not making a lot of profit and was small, we only received a small amount of the new launches. Making floor plans challenging at times.
